After Job responds to Zophar’s unhelpful input he cries out “You are all worthless physicians. Oh, that you would be silent.” Job understands who the great physician is and that is God. Job then continues to cry out to the Lord knowing that He is the only place of refuge. Although Job is suffering greatly he still says “Though He slay me, yet I will trust Him”. Job is putting his trust in the Lord even without knowing what is going on behind the scenes in the spiritual world. This is what it is to walk by faith and it isn’t easy BUT it will so be worth it in the end! Keep reading… unfortunately the friends did not listen to Job’s request to keep silent so we gotta endure it a little longer w Job. 😏
